Responsibilities
2nd shift
- Assist in the setup and preparation of machinery for foam production.
- Monitor and maintain adequate levels of raw materials needed for the production process.
- Support the Foam Machine Operators in loading raw materials into machines and ensuring continuous production flow.
- Conduct basic quality checks on produced foam and report any deviations from standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor issues with machinery under the guidance of senior operators.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep production equipment in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished foam products.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to foam production.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills for recording production data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
