We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner who will be a key driver to make this happen.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and refine customer needs and program strategy
- Own and refine the vision of the program and products
- Effectively break down the program vision into features and epics
- Prioritize the features and epics on the program backlog
- Derive an Agile program roadmap from the program backlog
- Define minimum viable products and establish success criteria
- Elicit requirements from the client and other stakeholders or workgroups
- Collaborate closely with a wide range of individuals on the Agile team and work with them to design technically feasible solutions that meet the client’s needs
- Write user stories and prioritize them based on the requirements
- Refine and manage the product and sprint backlogs
- Communicate vision, strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs to key stakeholders
- Perform an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release / Sprint Goals
- Perform an active role preparing plans for Program Increment Planning meetings as part of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) process
- Present plans and demonstrate new features to a wide variety of audiences
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required (degree in Information Technology or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner or Sr. Business Analyst
- 2+ years of experience on a software development team building modern software products
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US
- Must have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 years
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in the healthcare industry Bonus if direct experience with CMS project
- Experience building highly complex software products
- Experience working on a project using the Scaled Agile Framework
- Prior experience working remotely full-time

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is : $76,848.00 - $130,642.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99).
