Are you the One? We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume dining operation. This Food Operations Manager will :

• Provide leadership and supervision for the on-site food service staff in the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client.
• Utilizes Sodexo tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff relationships and ensure account retention.
• Provide supervision for food services at account / unit to ensure client satisfaction and contract retention for the company.
• Implement business practices to uphold company mission, values and commitments made in the Sodexo client contractual agreement.
• Develop and implement plans, projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan.

Additional Requirements / Information :

While the COVID-19 vaccination is not typically required by Sodexo, it is required for these specific cross-segment, mobile management positions.

Applicants must be able to drive, have a valid driver's license, and clean driving history.

The minimum commitment to our mobile management positions is nine (9) months. Upon completion of nine (9) months in your role, you will be allowed to post for other internal opportunities.

Exemptions may be granted by the Team Director.

For this traveling position, the targeted salary range is $62,000 - $77,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
