Description :
Harbor Management is seeking to fill a full-time Maintenance Technician
for one of our properties in the Lewiston, ME. The maintenance technician will
assist tenants with repairs needed in their apartments as well as repairs to
vacant units to turn-over the unit to make it ready for occupancy. The
maintenance technician is also part of an on-call rotation for
emergency and after hours calls.
Your Responsibilities :
The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance for the property. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial, and grounds keeping.

Your Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical,
appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Must have excellent communication
skills and have a strong customer service philosophy. Previous apartment
maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to participate in the
emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver's License
with decent driving record is required, we do have company vehicles.
