BASIC SUMMARY :

Provide an exceptional dining experience to members / guests by serving food and beverage items in a professional, friendly manner while following the proper rules of etiquette and the company’s high standards of customer service.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year previous experience in food industry preferred.
• Jonas experience preferred.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to members and guests.
• Listen effectively; speak, read and write fluently in English.
• Responsible Vendor and Food Handler Certificates (within 90 days of employment).
• Work well under pressure and handle difficult situations.
• Highly proficient at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work.
• Committed to teamwork and able to work with little to no supervision.
• Exemplary customer service and hospitality skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal with guests in a professional manner with patience, tact and diplomacy.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Schedule vacations during the off-season months.
