What You’ll Do :
- Assist our talented stylists : You’ll be side-by-side with our pros, helping them deliver stunning hair transformations from shampoos and blowouts to assisting with coloring and other treatments.
- Ensure an amazing client experience : Make every guest feel like a VIP from the moment they walk through the door. Greet them with a smile, offer them a beverage, and ensure they’re comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
- Keep the salon running smoothly : Help maintain our chic and stylish atmosphere by keeping stations tidy, tools ready, and the salon spotless.
A clean space is a happy space!
Learn the ropes of retail : Gain product knowledge and help clients find the perfect products to take their look to the next level.
We love sharing tips and tricks that help our clients feel their best.
Be an integral part of the team : From helping with scheduling and client communication to making sure our appointments flow seamlessly, you’ll be a key player in creating a smooth and enjoyable salon experience.
What We’re Looking For :
- Passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire to learn, grow, and eventually take on more responsibilities.
- Positive, drama-free attitude we’re all about the good vibes here!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining top-notch customer service.
- Great communication skills and the ability to multitask like a pro.
- Previous salon experience is a plus, but not required what matters most is your enthusiasm and drive to succeed!
