WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU :

• Schedule : 2-2-3 schedule working a variable shift (could be placed on nights or days and could switch occassionally based upon business need).

• This position has a pay range starting at $29.76 with an extra $1 / HR for time on the night shift

80% probationary rate applies for first 90 days $ 23.80 / HR)

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH :

• Follow the plant safety rules (LOTO procedures, PPE, etc.) report incidents & unsafe conditions immediately.
• Follow factory safety & environmental objectives & targets.
• Follow factory food safety, quality objectives & targets.
• Follow Nestle Good Manufacturing Practices, report food safety and quality issues immediately.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and refer to Nestle Quality Management System on all related procedures and programs.
• Understand the food safety and quality aspects of the position as indicated in the Quality Management System, on-the-job training, and standard operating procedures that apply.
• Understand and apply the principles of continuous improvement in the work area.
• Maintain a clean and 5S compliant work area.

REQUIREMENTS :

• High school degree or equivalent Required
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Consistently reliable attendance
• Willingness to work a 2-2-3 schedule.

Skills :

• At least one year experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi-task.
• Computer skills acquired through work experience.
• Improvement mindset
• Problem solving / critical thinking abilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills
