About the Role : We are seeking a mid-level Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with expertise in test automation to join our global team, based out of our Scottsdale headquarters.

As a key member of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our transcript processing solutions through the design, development, and execution of automated test suites.

The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable self-starter with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. You seek and appreciate feedback in order to further your skillset.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Test Automation Development and Execution :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and define comprehensive test strategies and test plans for transcript processing features.
  • Identify test scenarios, use cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks for transcript processing functionalities using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Implement robust and scalable test automation solutions to validate data extraction, parsing, formatting, and other processing capabilities.
  • Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and report defects to ensure timely resolution and maintain product quality standards.
  • Monitor test execution progress, identify trends, and provide regular updates on test coverage, test execution status, and defect metrics to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing efforts, escalate critical issues, and ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap prioritization with inputs from a quality perspective.
  • Continuous Improvement :
  • Identify opportunities to optimize test automation processes, enhance test coverage, and improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for test automation, including code reviews, version control, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and test engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with experience in test automation frameworks (e.g.

Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework).

  • Experience with test automation tools and technologies for API testing, UI testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and best practices for test automation.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD).

Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with transcript processing concepts, including text extraction, natural language processing (NLP) concepts, and data validation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
