As Happier's CRM Coordinator, you'll support processes to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention outcomes across the Happier community and membership program.
Ensuring data accuracy and integration, you'll collaborate closely with various teams to align CRM strategies with organizational goals.
Your role includes generating insightful reports to inform decision-making and drive growth. Overall, your focus will be on leveraging CRM capabilities to enhance Happier's member relationships and community impact.

- Administer and maintain daily operations of member acquisition and community-related CRM processes within Happier’s CRM management platform.
- Develop and manage CRM pipelines, stages, and workflows to optimize member and community acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
Coordinate related-communications and actions, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Perform daily CRM functions including account maintenance, database management, and data reporting.
- Maintain and integrate the CRM platform within the organization’s broader data ecosystem to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Provide technical support and deliver ongoing training to end users to maximize CRM system utilization and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with membership and sales teams to align CRM strategies with overall program goals and objectives.
- Generate and distribute reports to inform managers and executives on database and performance metrics.
- Cultivate relationships with CRM vendors to enhance system workflows and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of CRM best practices and industry trends; communicate updates and recommendations to membership teams for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another relevant / related field
- Strong qualitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel. Past experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and design workflows
- Self-starter, a creative thinker, ambitious, and detail / results-oriented
- Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history / job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
