What You Will DoThe SaaS Continuity Engineering team is responsible for the design and build of the systems and services that enables Oracle to deliver industry-leading availability and performance objectives for Oracle’s SaaS services.

The team architects and develops high-availability and service continuity solutions across the entire stack infrastructure, database, platform, and application services and all the dependent components.

The engineering innovations enable SaaS services to be available to customers without any disruptions even during large-scale incidents.

We are building the next-gen service continuity solutions in a fast-pace and innovative environment and looking for a senior database architect who can design and architect solutions to operate Oracle Database at scale with maximum availability and performance.

As a Senior Database Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that the database services for our SaaS services are designed and built with the highest level of availability, performance and resiliency.

You will collaborate with other engineering teams responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing SaaS Services and underlying database platform in a distributed cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong and must have deep understanding of Oracle Database and Exadata technology operating at a large-scale deployment.

This role will drive the technical architecture of our service continuity solutions, contribute to the product strategy, and contribute to the development of next generation availability and resiliency features for Oracle’s SaaS cloud environment.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS : Hiring Range : from $96,800 to $251,600 per annum.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
