Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Promotions Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and promotion of various events aimed at enhancing our brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for events.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site support.
- Create promotional materials and content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Track and report on event performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for event planning and promotion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning or promotions is a plus.
