Compensation : $80k Base & $8,500 Guaranteed Allowances + Uncapped Commissions & Quarterly Bonuses. (OTE : $100k+) 3 days in office 2 days in field with reps

Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
- Sell into SMB to major corporate accounts in a variety of industries, including but not limited to bio tech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, hospitality, schools & universities, healthcare, and restaurants.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Develop and implement annual Sales Plan and submit Quarterly goals with monthly updates on progress to General Manager and other designated recipients
- Coach and manage salespeople in maintaining contact and gaining appointments with assigned accounts. Becomes personally responsible for Target / Key Accounts
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Sales Manager Experience :
- 4 or more years of successful B2B new account sales and with 3 additional years in sales management preferred but not a must have
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Preferably knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
- Ability to effectively manage a team and provide leadership
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics or other CRM software
