Our company is in need of a hardworking full-time Assistant Construction Superintendent!
Compensation : $48,000 - $54,000

Responsibilities :
This position is to assist the superintendent with all projects. Driving to certain jobsites may be required on some occasions.
- Coordinate and facilitate project activities and deliverables
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Support technical writing tasks such as creating project documentation and reports
- Assist with the permit process for jobs
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Coordinate locate request for each job on a monthly basis
- Communicate with foreman regarding their material needs
- Coordinate movement of equipment to jobsites, keep record of all equipment locations
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic
Requirements :
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Bilingual required (English and Spanish)
- Some construction knowledge preferred
