Position Overview : As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing outstanding service to our guests.
From weddings and corporate functions to galas and conferences, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of special occasions.
Your responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, setting up and breaking down event spaces, and attending to guests' needs with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements as necessary.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, following established service procedures.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests for assistance or additional items.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are presented attractively and in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including dining rooms, service stations, and storage areas.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in banquet service or a similar hospitality role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
