Job Purpose : The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving company growth through enhanced sales processes and productivity.

This position aligns closely with Crystal D’s Sales and Marketing Plan, aiming to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management and Growth : The ideal candidate should excel in sales and customer support, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue team to support overall team success.
  • Partner with Executive VP of Wholesale Sales to develop and implement effective sales processes.
  • Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators to optimize departmental performance.
  • Generate and complete weekly reports to support business objectives.
  • Assist Sales Manager in planning, implementing, and managing ongoing sales training programs.
  • Serve as an advisor to the Wholesale Revenue team, addressing sales-related inquiries and issues.
  • Plan, communicate, and track structured call campaigns for Territory and Account Managers.
  • Manage customer relationship tools and associated programs.
  • Support VP of Strategic Accounts in maintaining and managing Strategic Account relationships and projects.

Execution :

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales processes to support departmental goals.
  • Utilize tools and resources to train sales teams effectively and execute sales plans.
  • Leverage technology to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiencies.

Collaboration and Internal Communication :

  • Foster collaboration across the Revenue team.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and leaders to address challenges and solve problems collectively.
  • Demonstrate openness to input and feedback from colleagues.

Voice & Face of Crystal D :

  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Crystal D’s products and services.
  • Champion the Crystal D brand, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Build rapport with customers and influence key stakeholders to promote Crystal D products.
  • Understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively.

Qualification and Skill Requirements : Technical Skills :

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Tech-savviness and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other relevant applications.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to create spreadsheet reports.

Sales Skills :

Understanding of target customer base and market competition.

Prior Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in promotional products industry sales.

Knowledge Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Coordinator or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices.

Work Demands :

  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on business demands, including occasional overtime.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and high interruptions in workflow.

Physical Demands :

  • Occasional standing and walking.
  • Continuous sitting, talking, and keyboarding.

Working Conditions :

Office-based work environment.

Work Schedule :

  • Flexible hours within a 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm timeframe, with potential for additional hours based on business needs.
