THE JOB
Bama is seeking an Line cook to work in our upscale Italian restaurant.
Your responsibilities as cook would include the following :
- Expedite the line during service when necessary
- Oversee and inspire our kitchen team
- Food quality control
- Food safety / be aware of all ingredients for guest allergies
- Create specials to run on a regular basis and describe to FOH team
- Ensure that kitchen is kept clean and maintained at all times
