Arbour Hospital is hiring for a Part-time( 16 hours per week),overnight shift Nursing Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24 / 7 operations
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Provide milieu management
