Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join their Learning & Talent team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full instructional design process from content strategy to implementation

Design and develop engaging, interactive learning content across various modalities

Ensure all learning content is inclusive and accessible, promoting a culture of belonging

Required Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development

A solid portfolio showcasing a range of learning solutions, including inclusive design

Demonstrated experience in creating and consulting on Inclusion learning initiatives

Proficiency with authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
