Rundle-Spence is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Madison Branch.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and delivery team and ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our facility.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of warehouse procedures, and a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities :
Manage inventory, receiving, delivery, order fulfillment, procedures and stocking of products.
Supervise warehouse and delivery staff.
Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
Use our software to route and dispatch trucks for daily deliveries of products to our customers.
Resolve customer complaints.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Maintain and implement our warehouse policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Experience in a warehouse environment includes using industry computer software, maintaining a safe work environment, in addition to supervising and motivating a team.
