JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an exceptional production designer with a strong background in brand, digital, print, and design production.
The ideal candidate can take a concept and bring them to life in new and inspiring ways. This is a hands-on design role for someone who thrives in the space between design and organization.

Responsibilities :
Design and update presentation decks for various teams
Design event print assets, support and review production files and samples
Create, revise, and maintain individual and large library of files
Design marketing materials (digital and print) + contribute to production process (email headers, etc)
Create and update design assets (mockups, copy, color, icons, etc)
Develop design resources, toolkits and templates
Support exploration of design components
Troubleshoot issues with design files
Conduct extensive design audits
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic / Visual Design or related field
5 years+ experience at a creative agency or in-house design studio
A solid portfolio of work demonstrating experience in design production, presentation design, a good eye for design, typography, conceptual thinking and layout design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
Extremely detail-oriented and quality-driven
Experience working on design systems, toolkit development and production ready content
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Advanced proficiency in presentation software (Google Slides, Keynote, Powerpoint)

Strong presentation design skills and knowledgeable on content production process
