Job Summary / Company :
Our client, a sponsored research institute, has an immediate need for a Clinical Trials Budge Analyst. The Analyst will complete budget development, sponsor negotiations and revenue cycle operational activities for clinical trials activities.
They will provide training and support for complex budget topics to junior team members, and the research community as needed.

Responsibilities :
- Participates in research coordinator training as needed by developing and delivering presentations at monthly meetings or quarterly orientations
- Facilitates ancillary department budgeting including lab, radiology, PCI, investigational pharmacy as needed for each study
- Act as a resource in patient care billing compliance, participating in training and education
- Works directly with financial coordinator to develop budgets, submit grant applications and approve purchases
- Schedule and facilitate internal / external meetings for program alignment
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Health Administration or Computer Science
- Advance degree preferred
- Prior Clinical Trials experience either as CR Coordinator or in Clinical Research Administration in Academic institutions, biopharmaceuticals
- Experience with Power Trials OnCore or other CTMS or data capture systems in support of clinical research is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact across the organization, and negotiate with clinical research sponsor / clinical research organization personnel in a professional manner to represent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills to develop and interpret complex reports, and related documentations
- Ability to handled multiple ongoing projects and prioritize based on current need
