Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist position at our new manufacturing facility St. Croix Meadows in Hudson, WI to support manufacturing operations.

Successful candidates will be be detail oriented and flexible.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Prepare finished goods and paperwork per customer requirements for shipment
• Coordinate freight carriers with freight deliveries
• Maintain UPS Computer system, shipments / tracking
• Request proof of delivery and track shipments when received
• Receive incoming freight
• Transact material moving between facilities
• Complete proper paperwork for hazardous material shipments, which includes MSD

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements :

• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• 1-3 years in shipping / receiving / materials preferred

What Will Put You Ahead

• Ability to operator a Forklift (complete training and testing)
• Ability to meet physical requirements for the position (Frequently lift 10-50lbs. Frequent standing, walking, carrying and reaching)
• Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP Experience Preferred)
• Knowledge of international shipping requirements preferred
