Position : Superintendent

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-rise commercial projects, specializing in curtain wall, storefronts, doors, and hardware installations.

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the overall construction process, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Supervise and lead project teams including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, installations, and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on high-rise projects.
• Proven expertise in curtain wall, storefronts, doors, and hardware installations.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
