Work You'll Do

As a Manager , you will lead and deliver small engagements, or components of large, complex engagements that identify , design and implement creative business and technology solutions for Power, Utilities & Renewables clients.

Typical engagements include process improvement, operating model design, competitor benchmarking, cost transformation, customer and product innovation, and growth strategy development.

Using a combination of direct management and hands-on delivery, you will craft solutions for clients, guide and oversee the quality of your team's deliverables and recommendations and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships.

Managers will contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership, play a significant role in business development activities, and own responsibility for the development of junior staff.

Successful candidates will accomplish these objectives by :

• P roviding service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for clients .
• O verseeing the quality of deliverables through effectively managing teams and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance .
• Identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analyses and developing recommendations within the context of the overall engagement .
• Leading functional and technical workshops, developing functional requirements, liaising with program sponsors regarding process readiness and risks, and collaborating with teams and vendors to help clients transform and converge legacy processes .
• Developing and fostering relationships with clients a n d establishing credibility a trusted advisor to bring AMI industry domain expertise to a variety of projects .
• Demonstrating an u nderstanding of Utility industry and up-to-date knowledge on industry / sector trends .
• Participating in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 + years' experience working with Utilities clients or experience working with in the Utilities sector
• 4+ years' experience with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)
• GridEdge (Edge Computing) and Distributed Energy Resources (DER) knowledge
• Experience with at least one of the following areas :
• Business Case Development
• Capability-drive transformation
• Operating Model Transformation
• Strategic Planning
• Scenario Planning
• Market Research
• Strategy and Visioning
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;

experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 to $278,875,

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
