Job Title : Data Entry Specialist
Duration : 06+ months with possible extensions
Rate : $25-$30 / hr. on W2
Work Schedule : hybrid
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Ability to enter data at a reasonable speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of Contracts or agreement is a MUST.
Will be required to identify type of contract / agreement for classification and uploading to new tool correctly.
Detailed review and verification that the uploaded contract data is required.
Knowledge of software packages required for specialized position which includes Docusign, Adobe Acrobat and Excel.
Skills
0-2 yr of Experience.
Operates numerical and / or alphabetical key station to transcribe data from standard source documents.
Checks and corrects data entered through terminal or hard copy.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions.
