POSITION SUMMARY :

The Strategic Procurement Senior Analyst Vendor Management manages Print and Direct Mail projects and programs to capture value, drive policy compliance and mitigate risk.

Engage with business partners to identify, develop, and execute innovative and focused print solutions to maximize the value of our investments in support of leading the change to improve health.

Print & Direct Mail Management - Responsible for building and managing end-to-end print specifications, and engaging appropriate vendors from estimating through to award of project.

The role is responsible for the creation of schedules, assignment of projects, tracking projects through the execution cycle, job prioritization, inventory management, and providing ongoing communications to business partners and external vendors.

Serve as Enterprise Procurement ambassadors, providing guidance to stakeholders and suppliers on how and when to engage with various teams and tools within Procurement.

Print / Mail Vendor Management Relationship management of Print suppliers. Ensure vendor compliance through oversight of, and engagement with;

Ariba, Contracts, Third Party Risk, Medicare Compliance, AP, Sourcing, and internal / external Auditors. Lead annual supplier business reviews.

Best Practices and Industry Trends Ability to make recommendations on format and new technology for execution and best practices of print production for marketing & communications campaigns.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Upon receipt of new projects evaluate timetables and adjust workflows as need to keep projects on track

2) Monitor all projects in print management tool and manage reporting both planned & adhoc

3) Ensure that all projects are reconciled and closed in print management tool

4) Lead meetings with stakeholders and suppliers

5) Prepare project status reports

6) Report and document all vendor issues

7) Monitor and facilitate activities related to Contracts, SOWs, Third Party Risk, Sourcing, AP, Ariba, Medicare & Medicaid Compliance, and audits.

Ensure stakeholders and suppliers are compliant. Contracts & SOWs for expirations, extensions, and changes; facilitate contracts process and ensure contract compliance

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Print Production experience (preferably with Management experience)
  • 2+ years of experience with print and direct mail production specifications, work flows, and management
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ability to respond and perform swiftly and seamlessly in rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to lead and influence, particularly in situations where individuals have different POV’s
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate with all levels of management in corporate environment Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly master new software / tools & openness to new technology
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time

  • Reporting utilizing print management tool
  • Must be resilient, adaptable, and flexible in fast paced environment

Education

Bachelor Degree Required or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
