This practitioner will play a transformational role in our client's Human Resources team, driving the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of new hire documentation and insurance forms, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintenance of a high level of confidentiality, posting data in employee files, and setting up and maintaining a variety of central files.
- Assistance with payroll and associated duties, ensuring all processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintenance of employee data, updating records as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Facilitation of internal job postings, screening both internal and external applicants, and coordinating with temporary agencies as necessary.
- Organization and facilitation of job interviews, new hire orientation, and benefit activation.
- Administration of disability, FMLA, and Worker’s Compensation, ensuring all relevant processes are followed correctly.
- Assistance with annual open enrollment period for benefit programs.
- Upholding the organization’s vision, mission, and values, promoting a working environment free of harassment of any type.
- Assurance of compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
