Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for a Business Analyst HR Processes.
As a Business Analyst with HR process experience, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions to improve HR operations.
Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes and ensuring that HR systems meet organizational needs. While Workday experience is preferred, it is not a requirement.
Your analytical skills and understanding of HR processes will be key in this role.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on HR processes.
- HR Process Knowledge : Deep understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll.
- Workday Experience : Experience with Workday is highly desirable but not mandatory. Familiarity with other HR systems is acceptable.
- Analytical Skills : Proven ability to analyze complex data and processes and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools.
Knowledge of SQL or other querying languages is a plus.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.
g., CBAP, CCBA) are advantageous.
Responsibilities :
- Process Analysis & Improvement : Assess current HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements.
- System Implementation : Support the implementation and integration of HR systems, including Workday if applicable. Ensure that systems align with business objectives.
- Data Analysis : Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making. Create reports and dashboards as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Training & Support : Develop and deliver training materials for HR staff on new processes or systems. Provide ongoing support as needed.
- Change Management : Support change management initiatives related to HR processes and systems. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ease transitions.
- Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation of processes, system configurations, and project changes.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC : $60 / hour to $75 / hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and / or experience.
