What you'll do :
As the Product Team Manager, you'll be responsible for the Bank's Product Management function across all business lines, and the expectation is to drive enhancements, stability, and scalability in the Bank's product suite.
You'll be responsible for developing and leading the Bank's Product strategy and roadmap, providing the hands-on, departmental-level leadership needed to realize concepts and potential key innovations into tangible, profitable products that are aligned with the Bank's objectives.

What we are looking for :
Responsible for supporting the Product Management Director and Chief Operating Officer in developing and executing the Bank's strategic plan, with a specific focus on leading the efforts to develop and operate profitable banking products.
They are measured on their team's success in meeting product development objectives, managing product health, and Product Management's responsiveness to market dynamics.
Directs Product Development with responsibility for strategic technology direction, project delivery, and resource allocation (including budget and personnel).
Responsible for the Product lifecycle process and defines the standards and deliverables for business case development, business requirement gathering, product design, implementation, and maintenance.
Ensures the department's success in managing product health and effectiveness, and the team's efforts to proactively address obstacles to product development and product adoption, deteriorating product performance, competitive analysis, mitigating risk from market developments, complications in service delivery, etc.
Fosters strong, healthy working relationships with executives and senior leaders in partner departments (including Lending, Credit Administration, Risk Management / Compliance, IT and other internal support departments, and third-party services), and facilitates team's contribution to and compliance with technical processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service.
Leads and develops a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of equivalent experience in product management, treasury management, and lending / deposit sales
Advanced to expert knowledge of :
general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and / or other commercial banking products and services
applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics. Market-specific awareness
Experience with Product Management Methodology including new product launches, road mapping, business cases, product enhancements, communication and marketing plans, and robust executive management presentations and reporting development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong, sophisticated written and verbal communication skills
Compensation : Salary range for new hires is generally $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus / incentives earned and restricted stock.
