Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Human Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that optimize human performance within complex systems.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with a strong understanding of human-centered design principles and a passion for improving user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on human factors related to workplace environments and systems.
- Assist in the design, development, and evaluation of human-machine interfaces and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate human systems engineering principles into product design and development processes.
- Support usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs.
- Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and design specifications clearly and effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in human systems engineering and related fields.
- Support user and industry engagement events.
Requirements :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in human-centered design methodologies and tools.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
- Passion for enhancing user experiences through innovative design solutions.
- Must be U.S. Citizen
