Under the supervision of the Client Services Supervisor, serve as the hospital client concierge. Greet clients in the Small Animal Clinic while ensuring client seating areas are neat, clean and clients are directed to appropriate seating areas.
Monitor the seating areas to ensure clients and patients are comfortable. Alert supervisor when a patient is loud or known to be aggressive with other animals.
Responsible for digitizing patient medical records, processing of medical records subpoenas to ensure all documents, images and correspondence is included and processed appropriately.
Helps to organize volunteer employees, which includes scheduling, handling parking passes, and advising client services supervisor or manager of any concerns.
