Are you a seasoned property management professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our portfolio in the vibrant Charlotte / Upstate SC area.
Extensive travel between properties and corporate office is required.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead the lease-up, marketing, and outreach of stabilized and brand-new class A multifamily projects to include historic loft and podium projects.
- Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing regulations, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular visits to properties, inspecting operations and maintaining the highest standards.
- Lead the hiring and management of onsite staff, providing training and onboarding support.
- Manage resident concerns with a focus on conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to optimize budgets and enhance property performance.
What We’re Looking For :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential communities and leading teams.
- Strong time management, conflict management, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating exceptional living experiences.
