JOB SUMMARY

As a Retail Associate Lead you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
• Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
• Operate point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Must clear background check and provide proof of Covid vaccination

Store hours : The store is open Mon-Thursday between the hours of 9am-4pm and Friday from 9-1pm. Schedule will have shifts falling Mon-Fri between the hours of 8 : 30am-4pm.
