Position : B2B Business Development Representative
Location : Remote (Florida residence preferred but not required)
Salary : $100k (uncapped commissions)
Requirements :
At least 1 2 years of cold calling experience required (preferably b2b)
CRM experience including call logging and / or appointment setting experience required
Staffing Agency experience preferred but not required
College Degree preferred but not required
Must have home office setup with high speed internet and professional appearance
Must be willing to make 100 calls per day
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with uncapped commission and residual income potential. We can provide high quality leads with contact information or you can generate your own leads by contacting companies with jobs posted online or companies in your area and offering our premium recruiting and staffing service.
After a 90 day review you will be eligible to transition to a fulltime salaried position with benefits

As B2B Business Development Representative you will be an integral part of our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying contacting and building relationships with potential clients in need of recruiting services.
This role is ideal for a selfmotivated resultsdriven professional with a passion for sales and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct B2B cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads for recruiting services.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by researching and identifying decisionmakers in targeted industries.
Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their hiring needs and presenting tailored recruiting solutions.
Set up appointments and meetings with key decisionmakers to discuss our recruiting services and demonstrate our value proposition.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and alignment of client needs with our services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and deal progression in CRM software.
Stay uptodate with industry trends competitors and market conditions to refine sales strategies and approaches.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in a cold calling capacity.
Background in the recruiting staffing or HR industry is a plus.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
Selfmotivated resultsoriented and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
Must be an independent contractor eligible to work in the United States.
