Solutions Engineer III

As a Solutions Engineer Level III, you will lead efforts to build, maintain, and refine high-performance, scalable systems.

This will be achieved through your collaboration in development, infrastructure, and product discussions from conception to completion.

You will also perform Scrum Master responsibilities, facilitating Agile / Scrum practices within the team, and managing requirements elicitation as well as system configurations and development.

From Sustainability cloud-based solutions to supporting Office Services technology products and services, you will tackle challenges at their core.

You will be responsible for developing products, services, and experiences that generate value and positively impact the associate workplace experience at CG.

• You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field and / or work experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies as an experienced Scrum Master is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• You possess at least 3 years of experience in solution development lifecycle activities, such as understanding business needs from Product Owners, developing requirements, solution development, testing and support experience.
• You have strong analytical skills , enabling you to document system requirements thoroughly, covering data specifications and functional as well as non-functional aspects.
• You possess a dynamic approach to product design and user experience , aligning with our goals for business growth and expansion.
• You possess versatile solution development skills , catering to diverse project needs and technological landscapes.
• You are familiar with application architectures and cloud technologies , especially in cloud-native environments, and you are comfortable configuring and developing in packaged solutions like Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.
• You have experience liaising with technology vendors , providing technical direction, and supervising solution integrations.
• You bring a blend of technical prowess, business acumen, leadership qualities , and a collaborative spirit .
• You are a change-maker, driven by innovation and not afraid to challenge the status quo to bring about necessary shifts in our approach.
• Experience in the financial sector, and familiarity with Sustainability / Salesforce Net Zero Cloud is a plus.

Southern California Base Salary Range : $131,596-$210,554

San Antonio Base Salary Range : $108,182-$173,091

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
