Recruiting and People Specialist

A company is looking for a Recruiting & People Specialist to join their People team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting cycle for various roles across the organization

Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives

Contribute to People Operations projects and maintain accurate employee records

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, or a related HR field

Experience managing the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with recruiting and HR tools is a plus
