Job Description :
We are looking for a meticulous Payroll Administrator with a background in Workday Payroll Processing to join our dynamic team.
The role involves managing payroll processes, guaranteeing precision, and upholding regulatory compliance at all levels.
Minimum qualifications 3-5 years of Workday payroll processing experience with strong excel experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Function of the Position :
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees located in USA using Workday payroll system, ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and assist in day-to-day payroll operations.
- Work with ADP Smart compliance to make sure the quarterly taxes are filed correctly
- Process Off-cycle payrolls as required for terminated employees
- Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with year-end payroll process including reviewing and reconciling to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with international payroll
- Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll.
- Prepare payroll and audit reports as needed
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience with multi state payroll and payroll tax.
- Experience with Workday payroll is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Some experience working with payroll vendors for international payroll preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
