Kinwell is hiring a Per Diem Primary Care Physician to join our clinic in Bellingham, Washington. We bring agility to work every day and thrive in the opportunity to create something refreshing and new.

What youll do :
Provide care for a full spectrum primary care clinic, taking care of acute and chronic care needs.
Be curious in an effort to keep more care in primary care; solve problems, answer questions and spend quality time in service of learning on behalf of your patients.
Provide patients and family members with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and need for follow up as appropriate during each patient visit.
Verify and document that the patient understands diagnosis, treatment and follow up recommendations.
Collaborate with other site physicians, specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the best interest of the patients.
Perform minor outpatient procedures in accordance with Premera credentialing / privileging policy.
Complete timely and accurate documentation.
Provide consultation to other clinic providers either in person, by video, or by telephone.
What you'll bring :
Currently licensed or a ble to be licensed in the state of Washington by hire date .
B oard certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Geriatrics.
Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
Ability to be credentialed under Medicare.
Proficient in use of the EMR , with Epic experience strongly preferred.
Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills.

National Plus Salary Range :
$203,700.00 - $366,700.00
- National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska .
