We are seeking a mid-level Commercial General Contractor Estimator with a focus on commercial construction, specifically in restaurant and retail projects in the DC / Northern VA area. This is an opportunity to grow your career with a top-rated General Contractor specializing in interiors and some ground-up new construction. You will collaborate closely with your team to complete projects successfully, with project values ranging from $1 million to $45 million.

Responsibilities

• Conduct submittal and RFI reviews (40% of workload)
• Update and maintain project schedules (10% of workload)
• Attend client meetings and maintain meeting minutes with Project Manager (30% of workload)
• Work with subcontractor scopes of work (20% of workload)
