The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client located in Indianapolis looking for a Sanitation Manager for their team. This role is travel-based!
- It will oversee a few facilities' sanitation procedures and the right candidate needs to be located in Indianapolis area.
- They will have oversight into facilities in Indiana and Tennessee, traveling about 30%.
- The client would be willing to relocate the right candidate for the role.
This job will have the following responsibilities :
- The corporate sanitation manager will oversee sanitation procedures at manufacturing facilities and have all sanitation team members directly / indirectly through this role
- Will involve 30% travel to 3 manufacturing facilities in Indiana and Tennessee
- Responsible for food safety and employee safety at all times and providing support to plant sanitation leaders
- Responsible for reporting out KPIs to senior leadership daily, weekly, and monthly
- This role requires in-depth knowledge of sanitation and quality practices
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Previous sanitation management experience required
- Heavy sanitation supervisor experience could be considered
- Food manufacturing experience required
