In this position

Work and become a part of the high performing North American Inbound Logistics team who have plans to deploy a vendor developed YMS solution at multiple manufacturing facilities.

• You will be responsible for the devices on the plant floor which include coordinating the connectivity, orchestration and integration of the Fast Gate;
• RTLS antenna static and dynamic placement; author and own configuration and start up scripts to authorize and open the application on a tablet mounted on HiLos / Switcher Cab trucks;

and be a go-to person for Plant IT and MP&L to help enable the plant with the IT solutions to promote the YMS system. The expectation is that the successful candidate will become an expert in the YMS space to continually improve the process and product.

You ll have

Bachelor's Degree

Transportation (TMS, YMS) experience

Manufacturing or Inventory Mangement experience in a production environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project Orientated - Project Management Certified - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks across multiple groups

Positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn

This position is a salary grade 7.
