A major publisher seeks a remote, part-time Trust and Estates attorney with writing / editing skills to draft, review, and revise practical guidance templates on Ohio trust and estates law.
Description :
- Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles on trusts and estates
- Review and update form wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Draft new forms, checklists, charts, and other how-to guidance on estate planning topics
- Inform subcsribers of changes in Ohio T&E law and / or practice
Fully remote position for six months, with high likelihood of extension.
Requires a JD, and 3+ years experience as a Trusts and Estates Attorney. Must be a member of the Ohio Bar.
