What youll be responsible for :

Lead the hiring, training, supervision, and retention of our dedicated restaurant staff.
Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and financial management.

Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role - BUFFET EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
Solid knowledge and execution of restaurant management best practice
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Effective Leadership and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - BILINGUAL IN SPANISH A PLUS!
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Degree in business administration or hospitality management preferred
