Overview :
The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role in the organization, responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
This role involves working with various teams to gather, analyze, and visualize data, providing valuable insights to support business operations and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, interpret, and analyze data to generate insights and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders using data visualization techniques.
- Identify and recommend improvements to data collection and analysis processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Interpret and analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
- Implement and maintain data models while ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular performance and KPI reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data sets.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and tools for analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with BI platforms and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of business operations and key performance indicators.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
