Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Des Moines, IA. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to find the best caregivers for our senior clients.
Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the caregiving team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Managing and optimizing caregiver recruiting paid and organic sources
- Timely and courteous responding to caregiver applicant inquiries
- Active sourcing of caregiver candidates through resume databases
- Promoting caregiver referrals
- Conducting caregiver orientation in cooperation with the employee care team
- Ensuring employees are following organization policies and procedures
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Participate in monthly / weekly meetings with office team
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
- Previous experience in recruitment or staffing required
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required / College degree a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven to achieve and exceed goals
