Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Closing Shift Manager at Frisco Lakes or Windsong Ranch.
As the Closing Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our establishment during evening hours.
Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth closing of all departments and functions, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Supervise Closing Shift Operations :
- Oversee and coordinate the closing activities of all departments within the establishment.
- Ensure all staff have completed their assigned tasks and responsibilities before the end of the shift.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to closing procedures and guidelines.
2. Customer Service :
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints that may arise during the closing shift.
- Ensure all customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience at our establishment.
3. Staff Management :
- Schedule and assign closing shifts for various departments, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Train and mentor staff members on closing shift procedures and policies.
- Motivate and encourage teamwork among staff by fostering a positive work environment.
4. Cash Handling and Security :
- Conduct cash reconciliation and deposit procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce cash handling and security protocols to minimize the risk of theft or loss.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvements to cash handling processes.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance :
- Ensure the establishment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of all areas.
6. Health and Safety :
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Proactively identify and correct any potential safety hazards or risks.
- Train staff on proper health and safety procedures and ensure compliance at all times.
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar setting.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
6. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and maintenance.
7. Proficient in cash handling and financial reconciliation processes.
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
9. Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
