Job Summary
We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Clinical Research Technician. You will support research of Company product(s) using appropriate clinical and consumer research methodologies.
Job Description
This position will be in the Clinical Testing and Performance Department, focusing on efficacy testing for our portfolio of skin care, personal care and cosmetics ingredients.
Experience and proficiency in research and analysis and following established protocols is preferred. Must be a "people person" as you will be expected to interface with test subjects.
- Conduct clinical trials using instrumentation and imaging tools as specified by the study protocol under the supervision of designated
- Principal Investigator / senior team leaders.
- Accurately record observations, measurements, and test results.
- Provide a professional and comfortable experience to all test subjects, and answer all inquiries, as appropriate.
- Assist in the preparation of test materials (sample blinding, randomization)
- Perform data entry and data review under the supervision of senior investigators to ensure study quality
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency
Skills Required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize daily tasks for multiple projects / activities.
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated sensory acuity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in an inter-disciplinary and cross-functional team.
- Must have a passion for data analysis and general knowledge of statistics as it relates to understanding consumer and product performance.
- Experience with cosmetics, skin care and personal care products preferred
- Cosmetologist / Med / Derm Estheticians backgrounds also considered.
Education / Certification / Training
Bachelor Degree in Science, Psychological Research, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
Additional Requirements
- Working Schedule : Monday Friday, 8-4 : 00 am
- Once trained, opportunity for 1 day remote.
Pay Rate
- $20.00 per hour
