Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collects, analyzes, and presents school performance data to school stakeholders.
- Supports MTSS Implementation
- Supports in preparing items for CST Meetings
- Communicate with MTSS Coordinator
- Model MTSS policies and procedures in classroom setting.
- Maintains school data tracker.
- Support with ELL Management including Paperwork and Compliance Preparation
- Assist with Retention / Portfolios
- Facilitates / Supports PLCs when referencing MTSS or ELL Students
- Member of PSLT
- Ensures that all school and state testing protocols are followed school-wide, providing all necessary training.
- Coordinate State and District-mandated testing with related school
- Facilitate the administration of testing, including acquisition of testing
- Receive, inspect, count, number and distribute testing materials; package tests and manuals and prepare directives for staff for each test administration and distribute to appropriate administrators according to established
- If applicable; schedule and prepare all Cambridge and Advanced Placement testing. Review assessments and schedule all retakes for high school Review high school students’ schedules for accuracy of placement.
- Inspect testing materials and maintain the security of testing materials, related data, and confidential student
- Attend CSA and district training to keep current with compliance and State regulation issues for State-mandated testing;
consult staff regarding compliance with State regulations.
Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the Director / Principal may from time-to-time
Qualifications :
1. Teaching Certificate Required
2. 3 + years related experience required
