Primary responsibilities of the job include :
Seeking site supervision experience in multi-family and wood frame construction
Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following :
Minimum 10-15 years multi-family and senior living construction experience preferred
Experience in ground-up construction
Effective manager of budget, materials, and time
Salary Range : $125-170K
