One of the leading South Bay Area law firms is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing legal representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert legal advice on a range of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and property division.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including mediations and depositions.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies that align with clients' goals and best interests.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 1+ years of experience in family law.
Desired Skills and Experience
1+ years of family law experience required.
Active CA State Bar license.
